How to make mushroom minced meat and vegetable porridge

How to make porridge with mushrooms, vegetables and minced meat

1. Chop mushrooms, green vegetables and meat into small pieces and set aside

2. Wash the rice and pour it into an ordinary pot, add clean water, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat. Stir 1-2 times with a spatula during this period to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

Note: The minced meat was not processed in any way here, it was just put in to cook. It was found that the minced meat would not have any fishy smell as long as it was cooked for more than 10 minutes. If you only cook it for a few minutes without removing the fishy smell, it will have a bit of meaty smell. This method is only suitable for a small amount of minced meat.

1. I used an ordinary pot here, but you can also use other pots, such as rice cookers, casseroles, etc.

2. The ingredients can be freely matched, not limited to mushrooms, minced meat, green vegetables, etc.;

3. You can also stir-fry the minced meat and mushrooms and then pour them into the porridge to make it more fragrant;

4. You can choose fruits freely. It is recommended to choose fruits that suit your body system. It is recommended to take it 1.5 hours after a meal.
