Authentic recipe for mushroom and cabbage stuffing

When we make dumplings, we often use mushroom and cabbage fillings. You can put pork in it, or make it directly into vegetarian fillings. Ingredients: 500g pork, 500g flour, 100g cabbage

Seasoning: salt, onion, seasoning oil, pepper powder, mushrooms

How to make dumplings stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms

1. Chop the pork into fine stuffing, wash the cabbage and cut into fine stuffing, tear the mushrooms into small pieces, blanch them in hot water and chop them into fine stuffing.

2. Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside.

3. Add half a cup of water to the pork filling and stir it in one direction with chopsticks.

4. Add pepper powder, salt, MSG, soy sauce and vegetable oil to the minced meat and mix well.

5. Add mushrooms and cabbage filling into the meat filling, mix well, and the dumpling filling is ready.

6. Add appropriate amount of flour and water to make a smooth dough and let it stand for 20 minutes.

7. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a long strip, and then pinch it into small pieces.

8. Roll the small dough into a ball, flatten it, and then form it into small pancakes.

9.Put the dumpling filling in the middle of the pancake and wrap it into dumplings.

10. Finish making all the dumplings.

11. Put appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil, then add the dumplings and cook until done.

12. Take out the dumplings and start eating.
