12. Wash the cabbage and cut it into even-sized pieces.

13. Heat oil in another pot.

14. After the oil is hot, put the vegetable stems first, then the leaves.

15. Stir-fry until the leaves are soft.

16. Put the cabbage into the pot of stewed saury and spread it evenly on the saury.

17. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce for seasoning.

18. Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes. You can add some coriander before serving.
