Beef and vegetable stew recipe

Beef is very rich in iron. When people lack iron in their bodies, they can eat more beef, which is good for their health. Of course, the nutritional combination of food is also very important. One meat and one vegetable is the best combination. Beef can also be used to cook vegetables, which has richer nutritional value and is very versatile, making it very suitable for novice cooks.

1. Method 1

Slice the beef (the thinner the better), heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger slices, seafood sauce, and Pixian bean paste, and stir-fry over low heat for a few seconds. Add beef slices and stir-fry for about ten seconds. Add water and bring to a boil (a little more water so the meat can be submerged), then simmer on low heat for about 1 hour. Add sugar, salt and vegetables. Just bring to a boil over high heat.

Slice the braised beef and set aside. Wash the vegetables and set aside. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the beef slices. When the aroma comes out, add water to the wok, add appropriate amount of salt, and chili sauce (use chili sauce without any other flavor, just the spicy kind), bring the water to a boil, pour in the vegetables, and bring to a boil again. Turn off the heat, add MSG and remove from heat.

3. Method 3

Appropriate amount of blending oil, salt, coriander and dried chili. Wash and slice the dried beef. Set aside 2 pomelo leaves and 2 small pieces of orange peel. Chop the green leaves, cut the coriander into sections, and cut the ginger and garlic into shreds. Cut the dried chili into sections and set aside. Heat water in a pot, add beef and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and add oil to the pan. Add the beef and stir-fry, add the dried chili peppers, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the grapefruit leaves, orange peel, and green vegetables and stir-fry, add the coriander and stir-fry evenly, finally add salt and stir-fry evenly.

4. Method 4

Select fresh beef and vegetables, wash and cut all the ingredients. Slice the beef, chop the vegetables, and cut the garlic and ginger into shreds. Add appropriate amount of seasoning (salt, cooking wine, vinegar, starch, etc.) to the beef and marinate for fifteen minutes. Heat oil in a pan on the fire, first fry the shredded ginger, garlic, chili, peppercorns, etc., then add the beef and stir-fry briefly. Then add cooking wine. Add greens and coriander and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt and chicken stock until the flavor is absorbed.
