How to make sesame pancakes

1.1 Put the starch of material A into a bowl, slowly pour in boiling water, and stir evenly to cook the starch. This is cooked starch dough.

2.2 Pour glutinous rice flour, fine sugar and white oil into the bowl

3.1 Divide the red bean paste into 22 equal parts and roll into small balls for later use

4.2 Let the cooked dough dry for about 3 minutes. When the dough temperature drops to 80℃, put it into the bowl in step 1, then slowly add water and stir evenly. Take out and divide it into 22 small doughs.

5. Roll the small dough from step 3 into a ball, flatten it, wrap it with red bean paste, and then roll it into a ball with your hands and press it slightly.

6. Dip a little water on the surface of the soft cake made in step 5, and then evenly dip it with white sesame seeds.

7. Add water to the steamer and bring it to a boil. Place the sesame cake into the preheated steamer and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes before removing.

8. Preheat a pan with a little salad oil, put in the sesame pancake and fry until both sides are golden brown.
