7. Add the sifted flour into the egg liquid twice and stir evenly.

8. Pour in milk and oil and mix well.

9. Pour into the mold, shake it a few times to remove the bubbles, preheat the oven to 180, put it in the second layer, and bake for 35 minutes.

10. After baking for about 20 minutes, cover with tin foil and continue baking. After baking, remove from the mold immediately and turn it upside down.
