How to make chocolate leaves

1.1 Place the chocolate in a deep plate. I used chocolate I bought at a baking supply store, but any other chocolate will work

2.2 Prepare the leaves to be used, wash them clean, and use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface. I used the sweet-scented osmanthus leaves at the door of the family. Such leaves have clear lines and the effect is very good. Of course, you can also choose other leaves you like, as long as the lines are clear.

3. Put water in the pot and heat it to 60-70 degrees. Put the plate with chocolate in the pot and heat it until the chocolate melts. Stir until there are no chocolate particles.

4. Use a soft brush, dip some chocolate, and apply it gently and evenly on the leaves. Remember to apply it on the back of the leaves, because the texture on the back is clearer. The chocolate leaves are made reversed, and applying it on the back of the leaves will produce the same effect as the front. If you feel that the chocolate is too thin, you can apply it again after the chocolate dries slightly.

5. Wait for it to solidify at room temperature, or you can put it directly in the refrigerator. It's cold now. I let it solidify in the greenhouse. It will be fine in a while.

6. After it is completely solidified, pick up the leaves and start separating them from the tail end, slowly separating the leaves downwards, and they will be easily separated. Be careful and be gentle, otherwise the chocolate will break.
