How to make salty rice

If you want to capture a man's heart, you must first capture his stomach. The same is true for men. So, for the sake of your beloved, should you learn to cook some decent food? The answer must be yes. So, now I will introduce how to make salty rice.

1. Wash and dice carrots

2. Dice asparagus and mushrooms

3. Cut the pork belly into small strips

4. Dice the dried squid

5. Heat oil in a pan

6. When the oil is hot, add the pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color

7. Add dried shrimps

8. Add dried squid

9. Add a little soy sauce

10. Stir fry evenly

11. Add diced asparagus, mushrooms and carrots and stir fry

12. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste

13. Add appropriate amount of water to the fried ingredients

14. Bring to a boil over high heat

15. Wash the rice thoroughly

16. Pour into the pot

17. Stir well with a spatula

18. After the water in the pot boils again, turn off the heat

19. Pour the cooked ingredients into the rice cooker (the amount of water in the pot should be slightly more than the water used to cook rice)

20. Press the rice cooker's cooking button

21. Dice red onion

22. Heat oil in a pan

23. When the oil is hot, add the diced onion and stir-fry

24. Fry the onions in the pan until they are dry and turn golden yellow, then remove them and set aside.

25. When the rice is cooked and the rice cooker switches to the keep warm mode, open the lid, stir the rice in the pot with a spatula, then cover the lid and press the cooking button to continue cooking for a while! (The rice cooked in this way will not be undercooked)

26. After the rice is cooked, pour in the fried onion and a spoonful of scallion oil, mix well and serve.
