5. Brush a thin layer of oil on the steamed rice skin and the chopping board. Use a chopstick or a small spoon to draw a circle along the edge of the rice skin to make it easier to remove from the steamer.

6. Then spread the rice wrapper flat on an oiled chopping board and let it cool naturally. At this time, you can repeat the above steps to steam more rice skins.

7. Take a piece of cooled rice wrapper and cut it into strips. What you need to pay attention to is the knife technique. The blade head falls first, then the force is applied to the tail of the blade. After cutting, just pull it to the side and that's it.

8. This last step is crucial! Add seasonings and mix them cold. Guangyuan cold noodles will definitely be spicy. The seasonings include salt, MSG, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, chili oil, mashed garlic (garlic water), etc.

9. Stir it at the last minute and it’s perfect! ! Haha~ It’s so delicious that it makes me want to fly! !
