8. Put more oil in the pan and heat it up, then pour in the marinated fish cubes and stir-fry until they turn white. Turn off the heat and use the residual heat to stir-fry until they are 80% cooked and set aside. Heat the remaining base oil and pour in the carrot and celery cubes and stir-fry.

9. After stir-frying for a few times, pour in the fried fish cubes and dragon fruit and stir-fry carefully again.

10. Add salt and chicken essence, mix well, then pour in wet starch water to thicken to appropriate viscosity.

11. Before serving, pour in the fried cashews, mix well, and pour into the dragon fruit container.
