How to make smooth steamed eggs

1. Beat the eggs into a uniform egg liquid. If you have a sieve, it is best to filter it once.

2.1 Pour the cooled (2) into the egg mixture along the edge of the bowl and stir gently with chopsticks.

3.2 Dissolve the sugar in boiling water, wait until it is cool enough to not be too hot, add the milk powder and mix well for later use.

4. Let the mixed egg liquid sit for a while, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a small bowl, and steam it over medium heat for 10 minutes after the water boils.

6. If you like salty egg custard, the method is similar, but without adding milk. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions, add a little sesame oil, close the lid and steam for half a minute.
