1. Debone the chicken legs, cut the meat into small pieces and put them into a container.

8. When the soup becomes thick, add salt and pepper to season, add dark soy sauce to adjust the color, and turn off the heat.

9. Pour in the chicken and mix well, then remove from heat and serve.
