How to make fish-flavored quail eggs

1. Boil the quail eggs, peel them, put them in a bowl, add soy sauce and marinate for more than 3 hours

2.1 Put the cucumber into the bowl with pickled quail eggs and stir

3.2 Wash and peel the cucumber and cut it into dice, similar in size to quail eggs

4.1Pour the seasoning into the pot and boil

5.2 Filter out some of the soy sauce for pickling eggs, add sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, and add salt according to your taste. I didn’t add any.

6. Pour in water starch to thicken (if you don’t like spicy food, you can pour in red oil)

7. Add quail eggs and cucumber into the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed with the sauce.
