How to make 6-inch cheesecake (light cheesecake)

9. After stirring evenly, pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites and stir evenly. After stirring evenly, put it into the mold. Note: The movable bottom mold needs to be wrapped with tin foil, but the fixed bottom mold does not need to be wrapped. Place a mesh plate on the baking tray and place the cake film on the mesh plate (baking in water).

10. Bake at 80 degrees for 35 minutes, then turn to 150 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. After it is done, simmer for about 30 minutes, take it out and demould. The taste after refrigeration is also very good.
