1.1 Beat the eggs, add baking powder, flour, milk, and sugar, and stir vigorously! ~It’s better to add a little honey, but I don’t have any at home.

2.2 Prepare all ingredients: flour, sugar, milk, eggs, bean paste and other fillings

3. Cover the stirred liquid with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

4. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat, then turn to low heat and add the prepared batter.

5. When there are small bubbles on the surface, you can turn it over.

6. Add your favorite fillings, such as red bean paste, jam, meat floss, etc.! It’s my first time making this, I have no experience, so it’s a bit mushy, hehe, but it tastes pretty good! ~
