How to make sweet and sour spare ribs

6. Heat the pan with oil until it is 60% hot, put the ribs into the pan and fry them, turning them frequently with bamboo chopsticks.

7. Fry until golden brown and remove from the pan.

8. In another pot, add the fried pork ribs, marinade, three tablespoons of crushed rock sugar, half a bowl of pork rib soup, add appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

9. When the sauce is reduced, add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a small amount of MSG, remove from the pan, place on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
