1. Wash the eggs, put them in a pot and boil them. Turn off the heat after six or seven minutes. Boil the eggs first and peel them.

2.1 Rinse the boiled eggs under cold water to make it easier to peel them. Peel and clean all the eggs.

3.2 While boiling the eggs, prepare the ingredients: use about 200ml of cola, about 40g of soy sauce, 40g of sugar, 20g of salt, and 20g of red wine (you can use other alcohol but the amount will need to be changed, more cooking wine can be used, less white wine). Use other spices in moderation, but don't add too much.

4. Put the eggs and all the ingredients prepared in step 2 into the pot. If there is not enough liquid, add some water, preferably purified water. Make sure the eggs are covered.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and soak for several hours. In order to take a picture of the spots, I first took them out and then put them back in.
