Tomato, Shrimp and Tofu Recipe

Nowadays, people are facing increasingly fierce competition, and three meals a day have become more and more casual. They want to cook by themselves but don’t have much time. 1. Cut the tofu into large rectangular pieces

2. Remove the shrimp thread and clean the shrimp

3. Put the shrimp in a bowl, add egg white, salt and starch, mix well and set aside

4. Add a little more oil to the wok, put the tofu in, and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

5. Fry until both sides are slightly browned and set aside

6. Put the shrimp into the pan and fry until slightly yellow. Set aside.

7. Heat oil in another wok, add tomato sauce, sugar and a little salt and stir fry evenly.

8. Pour half a small bowl of water starch, stir well, add tofu and shrimp, stir quickly and serve.

9. Serve
