How to wash pig stomach quickly and cleanly

The first

First, we clean the pig's stomach, cut off the excess oil on it with scissors, and then turn the pig's stomach over. Put the pork belly in a bowl, add a large spoonful of salt and vinegar, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes, then add appropriate amount of flour and marinate for 5 minutes. Then rub the pig's stomach repeatedly for about 3 minutes. Finally, mix the pig's stomach with two teaspoons of white wine and one teaspoon of soy sauce, then rinse it with clean water, and there will be no odor, and it will be clean and white.

After that, we need to put the pig's stomach in the pot, boil it with clean water and ginger slices for about 5 minutes, then take it out and put it in cold water, use a knife to remove the dirt on it, and then cut the pig's stomach with a knife, take a small amount of vinegar and salt to rub the inner wall of the pig's stomach to remove the smell, and then rinse it with clean water until it is no longer greasy and then it can be cooked in the pot and can be cooked at will.

Rinse the fresh pork stomach with clean water, then pour boiling water over it, enough to cover the pig stomach. Pour out the water after soaking for two minutes. At this time, use a knife to scrape off the easily removable membrane on the pig's stomach. At this time, you need to use coarse salt, rub the pig's stomach inside and out vigorously, rinse it clean, and repeat it once more. Then use two tablespoons of cornstarch and a little raw oil to scrub for about 5 minutes, and finally rinse with clean water.

The third

Rinse the fresh pork tripe with clean water, rub it with salt and cornstarch for several times, then rinse it with clean water. Then put it in a hot pan and fry both sides until there is no odor at all.

Will the pork belly become bitter if washed with salt?

When cleaning pig stomach, salt is usually needed, and a little vinegar should be added. Salt and vinegar can remove part of the smell of the pig tripe and remove the mucus on the skin. After washing the pig tripe, put it in cold water and use a knife to scrape off the calluses (white film) of the pig tripe. But never use alkaline flour to clean it, because alkali is highly corrosive and will destroy the protein in the belly wall and reduce the nutritional content of the pig belly.
