9. Fry the pork belly until 60% cooked, add the garlic sprouts and add a little salt. If you are worried that the garlic sprouts will not be cooked through, you can cover the lid and simmer for a few minutes, but not too long, because the garlic sprouts will become tough and yellow if simmered for too long.
