1. Review of materials. The two packets of spices, the yellow one is cumin and the other one is rosemary. You can add some raisins, but add them after the rice is cooked.

2.1 Stir-fry the ginger and garlic slices in a pan, and first stir-fry the carrots with oil. The nutrients in the carrots must be fried so that they can be absorbed better.

3.2 Dice the chicken and marinate with salt, white pepper, wine and a little rosemary. Dice all other vegetables. I use my cumin whole, ground it.

4. Then add onion and sauté until fragrant, then add chicken and red wine. Since it has an exotic flavor, no cooking wine is needed. Then add apple cumin and salt, and turn off the heat when the aroma comes out.

5. Wash the rice and add water (a little less than normal because there is still moisture in the vegetables), add the ingredients, put it into the rice cooker, and cook the rice normally.

6. Sprinkle some black pepper on the dish before serving and serve with a salad. It is nutritious and healthy. The whole family has a rich meal.
