How to make black sesame mooncakes

In fact, many times, cooking not only makes you happy, but also cultivates your sentiments and allows you to relax. So sometimes we need to learn how to cook. Here is a recipe for black sesame mooncakes.

1. Put 160g of cooked black sesame seeds into a blender and blend them together with the unblended ones (this way you can eat the sesame seeds, which I personally prefer)

2. Pour black sesame into butter and sugar and mix well

3. Add the sifted flour and mix well; (mixed bean flour does not need sifting)

4. Wrap the mixed filling in plastic wrap and set aside for a while.

5. Mix the invert sugar syrup, soap water and oil (let it sit for a while

6. Sift in low flour and mix

7. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for one hour.

8. Divide the dough into portions according to the size of the molds (mine was 50 grams) and divide the fillings as well. The ratio of filling to skin is generally 3:7 or 4:6.

9. Take a piece of dough and wrap it with black sesame filling. Wrap them one by one and press them into shape with a mold.

10. Preheat the oven. Bake on the middle level for 10 minutes. Take it out and brush it with egg wash. Continue to bake for another 25 minutes (take it out and change direction in the middle)
