How to cook mantis shrimp

Mantis shrimp and mustard greens soup

Ingredients: half a pound of mantis shrimp, 1 mustard green, some abalone mantis crickets, fresh shiitake mushrooms, seafood mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, a little salt. Method: 1. Rinse the fresh mantis shrimp with clean water and press on the back of the shrimp with chopsticks, otherwise the live shrimp will jump around. 2. Wash all kinds of mushrooms, cut into sections and set aside. 3. Wash the mustard greens, cut the rhizomes and leaves separately, put the rhizomes and mushrooms into a pot, add a cup of water, and bring to a boil. 4. When the soup boils and the mushrooms become soft, add the shrimp mushrooms and continue to boil. 5. Cut the mustard leaves into thin strips. 6. Wait for the mantis shrimp soup to boil again, add mustard leaves and sprinkle some salt.

Mantis shrimp noodles

Ingredients: 3 mantis shrimp fillets weighing more than 7 taels, 2 cloves of garlic, a piece of ginger, a few stalks of celery, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of olive oil. Method: 1. Use a knife to cut the mantis shrimp in half, revealing the transparent and attractive shrimp meat, and there is still a lot of roe on the head. 2. Chop the garlic, ginger and celery and scatter them on the broken shrimp meat. 3. Steam for 12 minutes without adding any seasoning. 4. While steaming the mantis shrimp chops, boil water for cooking the noodles. When the noodles are cooked, add the spring vegetables into the pot and cook them together. Drain the noodles and vegetables, and add olive oil. 5. Add soy sauce, sugar, and a mantis shrimp steak. A bowl of mantis shrimp steak noodles is ready.
