7. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and return it to room temperature for 15 minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle (the width is the same as the butter and the length is 3 times that).

8.1 Roll the dough into a thickness of 1.5cm and fold it into 4 pieces. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 20 minutes.

9.2 Put the shaped butter in the middle of the dough, wrap the butter with the dough on both sides, and then pinch the upper and lower ends tightly.

10. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a 1cm thick rectangle. Fold the dough into three pieces and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 20 minutes. Repeat this process once more.

11. Filling: Crush the walnut kernels and mix with 60g of white sugar for later use

12. Roll the dough into 2 pieces of rectangular dough with a thickness of about 0.5cm. Poke the dough with a fork and brush it with egg wash.

13. Spread the filling evenly on the dough

14. Place another piece of dough on the filling and press it lightly with a rolling pin. Cut into 1.5cm wide strips.

15. Twist the noodles into a spiral and put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees while waiting, then put the walnut crisps in and bake for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden.
