Ingredients: Onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken stock, dried mushrooms, pork filling

1. Wash the fish and marinate with soy sauce and cooking wine for 15 minutes;

2. While the fish is being marinated, you can prepare other ingredients. Chop a little onion, ginger and garlic. Soak the dried mushrooms and cut them into puree. Mix them with the pork to make stuffing. Keep the water used to soak the mushrooms.

3. Put a little oil in the pot, add onion and ginger, stir-fry the mushroom and meat filling, add sugar, soy sauce and chicken essence to season, and serve on a plate;

4. Fry the fish on both sides in a pan until golden brown, add soy sauce, cooking wine, a small spoonful of vinegar to remove the fishy smell, sugar, chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, and the water used to soak the mushrooms. Put the fried mushroom and meat filling on the fish, stew for a while, add a little salt, chicken essence, coriander and season before removing from the pan.

In order to better make braised mandarin fish, here are some tips for making braised mandarin fish

Tip 1: Prevent the pan from sticking when frying mandarin fish. You can put oil in the hot pan and then sprinkle some salt, or you can clean the pan and rub it with ginger. However, do not turn the fish over frequently when frying, and only turn it over after the fish is fried through the pan.
