Crispy Roast Lamb Leg

1. Rinse the lamb leg with warm water, cut off the front half with a knife, leaving the fan bone part with more meat at the back (mainly determined by the size of the oven at home), scrape off the floating oil and dirt, rinse again and cut the top with a flower knife to make it easier to taste

2. Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger for later use

3. Put the lamb legs into the pressure cooker, add ginger, onion, garlic, white wine; pepper, aniseed, grass, amomum, cinnamon, tangerine peel

4. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add the pressure limiting valve after steam comes out, turn off the heat after 20 minutes, add salt, cook for another 5 minutes, and then soak in the original soup for 5-8 hours

5. Take out the lamb leg and apply salt, rosemary, cumin and cumin powder on it

6. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for about 8 hours

7. Take out the marinated lamb legs, apply a little honey water, chili powder, and cumin.

8. Brush oil on the baking tray and put the lamb legs in. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

9. Put the baking tray into the oven and adjust the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes

10. Take out the lamb leg and add some honey water, cumin powder and chili powder.

11. Put the baking tray into the second layer and bake for about 15 minutes.

12. Take out and sprinkle a little cumin powder and chili powder and serve.
