Delicious food made with eggs

Because eggs are a common ingredient, there are many kinds of food made with eggs. For some children, when adding complementary food, you can make egg custard with eggs. For children aged six or seven, they may be picky about the food they eat, so you can make some egg pancakes for them. It is also good for middle-aged and elderly people to eat boiled eggs frequently. So what are the foods made with eggs?

1. Egg-filled pancake

Ingredients: 250g flour, 3 eggs, a little salt, 20g chopped green onion, some cooking oil

1. The egg-filled pancake uses hot noodles. Add a small spoonful of salt, slowly add boiling water, stir with chopsticks, and the noodles will form a big ball. Then add a little cold water until no dry flour is visible. Knead it into a soft dough and knead it after 30 minutes.

2 Beat three eggs, add about one egg's worth of cold water, one egg per pancake, finely chopped green onions, a little salt, and mix well.

3 The dough made from 250g of flour can be divided into 6 small pieces, each weighing about 75g. Roll the dough into strips, roll it into long pieces, and apply a layer of cooking oil on them. Fold the narrow side of the dough in half. Start rolling from one end and bring the tail end to the bottom

4 Flatten the dough and use a rolling pin to shape it into a pancake. Don't make it too big or too thin, about 4 mm thick. Then preheat the baking pan

5 After preheating, add cooking oil, you can add more, the pancake will be crispy, and bubbles will start to appear on the upper part of the pancake after a while. Use chopsticks to pick open the large bubbles and pour in egg liquid.

6 Wait until the egg liquid is slightly set, turn it over

7 Cut both sides into golden brown and serve

2. Egg and cucumber toast roll

Ingredients: 4 slices of toast, 1-2 eggs, 1 cucumber, a little milk, a little sugar, a little oil

1 Beat the eggs, add milk and sugar, mix well

2 Remove the edges of the toasted bread and use a rolling pin to press the bread slices on both sides.

3 Peel the cucumber, cut into pieces as wide as the toast, and then cut into thin strips, 3-4 slices per piece of toast. Roll up

4 Coat the bread rolls with egg liquid, add a little oil to the pan, heat over high heat, then turn to low heat, and put the bread rolls in.

5 Fry until golden brown all around

6 Drain excess oil and serve

3. Scallion thick omelette

Ingredients: 5 free-range eggs, a small amount of chives, a little salt, a little oil

1 Add shallots to egg mixture and beat evenly.

2 Put a small amount of oil in the pan, add some egg liquid and fry until the surface is not dry.

3 After rolling, fry with a little oil until cooked, and insert a toothpick to see if there is no sticking.

4 Cut into pieces and serve

4. Milk, Egg and Oatmeal

Ingredients: 250g pure milk, 1 egg, 30g quick-cooking oatmeal, a few raisins

1. Weigh the raw materials and prepare for half a minute

2 Pour pure milk into the milk pan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. About 3 minutes

3 Turn down the heat, pour in the eggs, and quickly stir the eggs with a spoon! Stir! About half a minute

4 Reduce heat to medium-low, pour in quick-cooking oatmeal, stir occasionally and cook for three minutes.

5 Sprinkle raisins into the cooked porridge, and the delicious breakfast is ready in seven minutes! If you like it sweeter, you can add some fine sugar.
