Tomato, egg and prawn noodles

1. Fry the eggs in an electric baking pan and place them on a plate for later use.

2. Put the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic in the pot, stir-fry until fragrant, add the prawns and stir-fry until cooked.

3. Add water. After the water boils, add the noodles.

4. Add noodles, add appropriate amount of salt and cook for about 5 minutes

5. Add the chopped tomatoes (the tomato skin should be scalded with hot water and cut into small pieces. I forgot to post the picture)

6. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, and when the noodles are cooked, put them in a bowl. Place the poached egg on top. The color looks good, doesn’t it?
