1. After wrapping the dumplings, put them into a plastic bag. After about an hour, separate the dumplings that are slightly stuck together and continue to put them in the freezer. This way, the dumplings will not stick together.

2. Just take out some each time you eat, and the dumplings will be independent and not stick together.

3. Wash and cut the chives or scallions.

4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add a small spoonful of cooking oil.

5. Add chives or scallions and cook for half a minute.

6. Add the frozen dumplings and continue cooking over high heat.

7. After the water boils for the first time, use a spoon or chopsticks to gently move the dumplings to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.

8. Stir only once and let the dumplings continue to cook in the pot over high heat.

9. It takes about 5 minutes from the time the dumplings are put into the pot to the time they float up completely.
