1. Prepare the materials and sift the low flour

3.2 Melt the butter. I like to use a double-layer bowl and put hot water in the bottom layer. It will melt easily and prevent it from freezing again when it gets cold.

4.1 Pour the sifted low flour in batches and stir evenly with a silicone spatula

5.2 Add the beaten egg mixture and mix well

6. Preheat the oven to 200℃, pour the mixed batter into the mold. The mold should not be too big. I had to use a small plate instead because the small mold was not big enough. But don't fill it too full. It's enough to fill a small mold 7-8 points, and a large one 5-6 points.

7. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 220℃ for 7-8 minutes. It is done when the surface color becomes darker and small cracks appear. I like the outer layer to be crispy, so I bake it for a little longer, and it tastes good this way.
