How to make honey pumpkin chiffon cake

1. Steam the pumpkin, mash it and sieve it

2. Add egg yolk, water, honey, salad oil and low flour to pumpkin puree and mix well.

3. Add lemon juice and sugar to the egg whites and beat.

4. Mix pumpkin pulp and egg white liquid and mix well.

5. Pour into a large baking tray lined with baking paper.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking tray in the lower middle layer of the oven, after 20 minutes, adjust the upper and lower heat to 150 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes.
