1. Clean the Qingyuan chicken you bought (buy a live chicken at the market, buy half a chicken each with your friends)

2. Cut the green onion into small pieces, slice the ginger, peel the garlic, and spread the chicken with cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes.

3. After 20 minutes, apply the prepared sauce evenly on the chicken and marinate for half an hour. Apply it several times during the process to improve the color.

4. Prepare the sauce during the marinating time. Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sugar into a bowl and mix well. After ten minutes, drain the chicken and pour out half a bag of salt-baked chicken powder. Apply it evenly on the chicken, inside and outside. Marinate for another twenty minutes to make it tasty.

5. Clean the inner pot of the rice cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of corn oil, and put the chopped scallions, ginger, and garlic cloves in to lay the bottom.

6. Put the marinated chicken into the rice cooker pot and pour the marinated chicken sauce on the chicken.

7. After about 40 minutes, the rice cooker will switch to the keep warm button. Open the lid of the rice cooker.
