Preheat the oven, put the baking tray with the mooncake embryo into the oven, bake at 220℃ for 8~10 minutes (the temperature is determined according to the actual situation of the oven), take out the baking tray and let it dry for 5 minutes, brush with egg yolk liquid, put it into the oven and bake for 8~10 minutes, then take it out. After the mooncakes have cooled completely, wrap them in a plastic bag and fry them.
