1. Peel and core the apples and cut into large pieces

2.1 To make caramel, put the sugar in a non-stick pan and add a small amount of water to melt the sugar. This will make it easier to operate. You can also dry-cook it without adding water. Do not stir during the cooking process. Shake the pot from time to time to make the color more uniform. When it is golden brown, add 100g of boiling water, boil again, and stir with a wooden spoon. 3.2 Add 350g sugar and lemon juice, mix well and let stand for a while

4. Mix the apples in 2 and 3 in a pot, and simmer until they become transparent. Use a potato masher to crush the apples while cooking. I used a small colander (lower right corner) to crush them, which was quite laborious.
