Korean-style grilled spicy pork belly recipe

1.1 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 3 tablespoons chili sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon pepper, 4 tablespoons chopped green onion, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 tablespoons minced ginger, mix well to make marinade sauce;

2.2 Cut about 500g of pork belly into slices 0.5cm thick, 10cm long and 5cm wide;

3.1 Place on a large plate and apply the remaining seasoning on the surface. Marinate for more than 30 minutes;

4.2 Spread the seasoning on the meat slices one by one;

5. Heat the charcoal grill pan, brush a thin layer of salad oil on it, and when you see smoke, spread the meat slices one by one and fry them;

6. Turn it over after it changes color, and use food clips and scissors to cut it into bite-sized pieces. Fry until the meat slices slightly curl up and release oil, then you can remove from the pan.

7. You can also spread the meat slices flat on a baking tray covered with tin foil;

8. Put it in a preheated oven at high temperature (above 200 degrees) and bake for 7 or 8 minutes, until the surface of the meat slices curls up and becomes charred.

9. Serve with lettuce leaves, garlic slices, chili rings, etc.
