How to make celery potato chips

Celery and potato chips are a very simple home-cooked dish with celery and potatoes as the main ingredients. Celery potato chips are easy to make and have many benefits for the human body, including lowering blood pressure.

1. Materials

Ingredients: 1 potato, 2 celery stalks

Accessories: salad oil, salt, garlic, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of black bean chili sauce

2. Cooking steps

1. Cut a medium potato into strips as thick as your finger

2. Two small celery stalks, remove the leaves and cut into sections. The thicker stems should be cut in the middle

3. Add oil to the pan, heat it up, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant, pour in potato strips and stir-fry, pour in light soy sauce and a spoonful of black bean spicy sauce, stir-fry until half cooked, add celery segments and stir-fry until cooked, add salt and serve

1. Process the celery until it is evenly thick and thin so that it can be cooked together when stir-fried.

2. For the spicy black bean sauce, I recommend Lee Kum Kee’s, which comes in a plastic cup. A spoonful of it makes the sauce taste outstanding.

3. Fry the potato strips until half cooked before adding the celery, so that they can be cooked together. When frying potato strips, they may stick to the pan a little, so you can add a little water.

Celery's liver-calming and blood pressure-lowering effects are mainly due to the acidic blood pressure-lowering components in celery. Animal experiments have shown that intravenous injection of celery has a significant blood pressure-lowering effect on rabbits and dogs.
