8. Beat until there is no foam and the mixture becomes thicker. When you lift the whisk, the egg mixture will not drip off easily.

9. Sift 1/4 of the flour into the mixture of vegetable oil and orange juice and mix well.

10. Sift the remaining flour into the egg liquid.

11. Stir evenly using a cutting and mixing technique. Do not stir in circles as this will easily defoam.

12. Mix well and mix with the orange juice paste.

13. Sieve a layer of vegetable oil on the cupcake mold, dip it in some flour and brush it again.

14. Pour the mixed batter into the mold, but don’t fill it up. 70-80% is enough. After preheating the oven, place it in the middle layer and bake at 155 degrees for 30 minutes.

15. Take out of the oven, wear scald-proof gloves, take out carefully and let cool. A silicone knife can be used to assist in demoulding.

16. The cup cake is completely demoulded. Because of the orange juice, the cake has a bright golden color.

17. Put the whipped cream into the cake cup and smooth it out.

18. Add various fruits for decoration.
