After frying, peel off the white shell of the jackfruit core and you can eat it.

3. Make Soup

Just put the jackfruit core in the soup when you cook it. Remember to wash the core of the jackfruit clean. There is nothing else to pay attention to.

4. Cook porridge

1. Wash the jackfruit core and rice. 2. Put the jackfruit core into the rice while cooking. You can eat it after it is cooked.
