How to make cranberry milk toast

1. Prepare the ingredients and weigh them.

2. Except for cranberries, pour the ingredients into the bread machine in the order of liquid first and solid later (put the yeast last, on top of the high-gluten flour, and don't let it get wet with liquid).

3. Start the "automatic dough kneading" function of the bread machine.

After 4 or 5 minutes, the bread machine will sound a prompt indicating that it has finished kneading the dough. Take out the kneaded dough.

5. Knead the dough by hand a few times to make it look more delicate.

6. Divide into three equal parts.

7. Roll one of the small pieces of dough into a long tongue shape and cover it with cranberries.

8. Roll it up from one end to the other into a roll.

9. Rub it again to form a tongue shape.

10. Roll it up again (roll it twice to make the cranberries stick firmly).

11. Place the three small rolls with the seams facing down into the toast mold and arrange them.

12. Put it in the oven and set it to "fermentation" and ferment it until it is 80% full (it can be fermented at room temperature in hot summer weather.)

13. After fermentation, put it in the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.

14. After it comes out of the oven, it can be removed from the mold immediately. It looks beautiful.
