How to make jam cake roll

1. Separate the egg white and yolk into a mixing bowl, add 30 grams of sugar and white vinegar to the egg white and beat until it is wet and foamy, that is, the egg beater has a small curved hook.

2. Add 10 grams of sugar, olive oil and milk to the egg yolk and beat until the egg yolk turns white and is almost whipped.

3. Pour flour into egg yolk and mix well

4. Add about a quarter of the egg white into the egg yolk paste and mix well.

5. Pour the evenly mixed egg yolk paste back into the egg white and mix well

6. Stir quickly up and down without defoaming, stir evenly

7. Pour into a pre-greased baking pan and scrape it flat with a scraper.

8. Put it in the preheated oven at 145 degrees for 20 minutes. Let it cool down a little after it comes out of the oven. You can remove it from the mold when it is not hot. After removing it from the mold, spread the jam evenly and roll it up. Wait until it cools down completely before cutting it into pieces.
