8. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees (my oven temperature is relatively high), put both baking trays into the oven, and bake for 25 minutes (when baking for 20 minutes, switch the baking trays up and down)

9. After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down to cool and remove it from the mold
