How to make fragrant braised pork

It's easy to eat, just open your mouth and chew. But making food delicious is difficult, at least most people can't do it. Why does this happen? Because they don't have a good solution. Today, I will teach you some tips on how to make the fragrant braised pork.

1. Blanch the pork belly and steam it until 60% done.

2.1 Expelled lard

3.2 Use a toothpick to poke the steamed meat repeatedly to remove a lot of lard! It won't taste greasy~

4.1 Cut the fried meat into 5 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick slices and evenly place them in a bowl. At the same time, add fresh soy sauce, a little salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, a piece of star anise, scallion segments, and ginger slices! Steam for an hour.

5.2 Evenly apply honey and dark soy sauce on the skin side of the meat, and fry it in oil until bubbles appear!

6. Wash the rapeseed, add salt, oil, and water, and place it on the bottom of the plate.

7. After steaming the meat, remove the floating oil and place it upside down on the rapeseed. Thicken the soup with starch and pour it on the meat.
