1. Prepare the ingredients, dice the lean legs and marinate with oil, salt and soy sauce for ten minutes

2. Dice the vegetables and chop the ginger and garlic

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger, garlic and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add other vegetables and diced meat and stir-fry evenly. After the meat changes color, add water starch made with salt, light soy sauce and cornstarch.

5. Spread the fried meat on the wonton skin and put some water around it so that it can stick to the other skin.

6. Add two layers, a total of three skins will be enough, too many will not be enough

7. Heat the pan without oil or water, turn down the heat and fry the wonton boxes on both sides. Add a tablespoon of water, then cover the lid immediately, still on low heat, and cook until the water is dry.

8. Serve

9. Sprinkle some soy sauce and pepper and you can start eating
