How to make two-color lychee jelly

1. Rinse the lychees, remove the shells and cores, and blend them into juice in a blender. (Lychee pulp itself has a high water content, so no water is needed when beating)

2. Mix 18g of gelatin powder with 120ml of cold boiled water, heat it in water until the gelatin powder is completely dissolved, and let it stand until it is completely cooled.

3. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the lychee juice in step 1 and half of the gelatin solution in step 2, and mix well.

4. Prepare two clean glasses, scoop 1 tablespoon of the lychee solution in step 3, pour it into the glasses, and then put them in the refrigerator until solidified. (It usually takes 15-20 minutes to solidify)

5. Brew Roselle with 250ml of boiling water and drain out the tea. Mix the tea soup and the remaining gelatin powder solution evenly, let it cool, add 1 spoon of honey and stir evenly, set aside

6. After the lychee layer solidifies, add 1 tablespoon of roselle solution into the cup and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

7. In this way, after one layer solidifies, another layer of solution is added to create a layered effect. ——It is very simple to operate, it just requires a little patience and time. You may as well DIY one at home on the weekend.
