How to make mustard greens buns

Health preservation is a state of mind that requires us to start from the most basic level of life, such as diet. Well, now I will introduce how to make mustard greens dumplings.

1. Wash the mustard greens, cut them into small pieces, add 2 teaspoons of salt and marinate for about 20 minutes, rinse with clean water and drain off excess water; chop the mustard greens and ginger into small pieces

2.1 Bring the milk to a boil, then add the yeast and stir until dissolved. Knead the dough with other dough ingredients.

3.2 Add pepper, egg white, sesame oil, mustard and minced ginger to the minced pork, stir in a clockwise direction, add 2-3 tablespoons of water in batches, stir evenly, put the minced pork and mustard greens in the same container, add salt and mix well to make mustard greens and meat filling

4.1 Take out the fermented dough and divide it into small portions as needed (I divided it into about 28 small portions). Cover it with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out.

5.2 Put the kneaded dough in a warm and humid place to ferment until it is about twice its original size (you can put hot water in a pot, or put hot water in a microwave or oven, put the dough to be fermented in a container of suitable size, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the pot. The bottom of the container containing the dough should not be directly in contact with the hot water. You can put a bowl or steaming rack underneath, or you can do it in a microwave or oven)

6. Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and then use a rolling pin to slightly roll it into a round piece. The thickness and size are up to your preference. Add the appropriate amount of mustard greens and meat filling.

7. How to make it, just look at the picture and don't say anything, hey~ (Pinch the folds roughly, just pinch them together, and it will look better and better as time goes by, although I don't pinch them well either~ If you find it troublesome to pinch, just pinch them together and make them into round buns without folds)

8. Brush the steamer with oil, or put a steaming cloth or gauze on it, put the wrapped buns on the steamer, cover with plastic wrap or put them in the pot with the lid and let them relax for about 20 minutes. Add enough cold water to the steamer, put the buns in, heat over high heat, wait for the water to boil, and steam for about 8-10 minutes.

Follow the introduction above and learn to cook at home. It is not only healthy, but also nutritious and delicious. Have you learned how to make the mustard greens buns that the editor will introduce to you today?
