How to make dry-fried beans

The method just now starts with preparing the ingredients. Stir-fried long beans

Material

Material

Main ingredients: 500 grams of green beans, 300 grams of minced meat, 25 grams of dried shrimp, 20 grams of pickled mustard tuber, 5 grams each of chopped green onion, soy sauce, and chopped ginger, 7 grams of sugar, 10 grams of salt, 3 grams each of sesame oil and vinegar, 1 gram of MSG, 50 grams each of water and oil.

Dry-fried gluten-free beans

Material

300g of bean curd, 50g of minced meat, 1 teaspoon of black bean sauce, 2 chilies, minced ginger, scallion, soy sauce, sugar, salt, a little chicken stock

1. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, add the beans and stir-fry over medium heat until the skin turns slightly yellow and wrinkled. Add a little salt and stir-fry evenly, then remove from the pan and set aside. 2. Pour oil into the pan, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until the oil comes out. Add minced ginger and scallion and stir-fry for a while. Then add black bean sauce and chili. Stir-fry evenly. Add gluten-free beans, light soy sauce, sugar, and chicken essence, stir-fry and serve.
