1. Prepare about 500 grams of duck meat, wash and set aside.

2.1 Chop the duck meat into 3cm long and 2cm wide pieces and marinate with cooking wine for 30 minutes.

9.2 Add the duck meat and stir-fry over medium heat.

10. Stir-fry for a while, pour in water to the same level as the duck meat, cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Open the lid and add salt in the middle.

11. When the water is almost dry, turn to high heat to reduce the sauce and serve.
