Beef and carrot rolls recipe

The preparation of beef and carrot rolls is not as difficult as everyone thinks. Prepare the necessary things first, then start following the steps, and remember to control the heat well.

1. Use a hammer to beat the beef into thin slices of uniform thickness.

2. Chop the mushrooms and pour some lemon juice over them. Add shallots and garlic and sauté with butter until fragrant.

3. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper

4. After step 3 has cooled down slightly, add the pork filling, mix well, season with salt and pepper and set aside

5. Use a spoon to spread the meat filling from step 4 on the beef slices.

6. Then wrap it up and tie it with thread

7. Heat the pan and add oil, fry the beef rolls until they are browned.

8. Sauté the diced vegetables with butter, add tomato sauce and stir-fry, then add diced tomatoes and spices, then add white wine and cook for a while.

9. Put the fried beef rolls into the pot, add beef broth, and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat

10. After taking it out, slice the beef rolls and place them on a plate. Then filter out the soup and pour it on the beef rolls.
