How to cook spare ribs with Agaricus blazei

8. Add 2L of clean water and a spoonful of white rice vinegar.

9. Add Agaricus blazei, filter the water used to soak the Agaricus blazei, remove impurities such as sand, and pour them into the soup pot.

10. Stir slightly until evenly mixed.

11. Set the timer of the electric stew pot to 2.5 hours and start cooking the soup.

12. After cooking for about 2 hours, open the lid and add a spoonful of cooking wine to enhance the flavor. Continue to cook. When there are 10 minutes left in cooking, open the lid. Add two spoons of salt and half a spoon of MSG to season. Add some wolfberry and green onion and continue cooking. Until it’s ready to serve.

13. After cooking, simmer for a while. Remove from the pan.

14. Serve the soup. If you like, you can add some wolfberries and green onions. Looks like he has a good appetite.
