How to make pork and king oyster mushroom dumplings

Pork and King Oyster Mushroom Dumplings are very healthy and affordable. If you make them yourself, the ingredients don’t need to be too complicated, and you can cook a dish with a strong homely flavor. Children also like to eat this dish. You can add peas, carrots, potatoes, bacon and other ingredients according to different cooking methods and match them with your favorite ingredients.

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour, knead it into dough, and cover it with wet cloth for half an hour.

2. Then divide it into small doughs and sugar for half an hour.

3. Put the pork filling into a bowl, add chopped green onion and ginger, salt, pepper powder, chicken essence and soy sauce.

4. Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot and fry the peppercorns until fragrant.

5. Pour it into the pork filling while it is still hot and stir evenly.

6. Wash the celery, and cut the king oyster mushrooms and carrots into shreds.

7. Blanch it in hot water, then chop it into small pieces and add it to the meat filling.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil, stir evenly and set aside.

9. Knead the dough into thin strips, cut into small pieces, and then roll into round pieces.

10. Put the filling on the dumpling skin, pinch the middle first, and then pinch the two sides.

11. All dumplings are wrapped.

12. Heat water in a pot, add a little salt to the water, put in the dumplings after the water boils, cook the dumplings with meat filling for three seconds and the dumplings with vegetarian filling for two seconds.

13. The delicious dumplings are out of the pot. Dip them in the chili sauce and they taste great.
